Osprey's Aura AG 50 Women's Backpack checks all the boxes. It fits perfectly, works well, and has just the right amount of gizmos and gadgets to keep you organized and happy without being confused or overwhelmed. It all starts with Osprey's Anti-Gravity Suspension, which uses a seamless panel of lightweight mesh that extends from the top of the back panel all the way to the hip belt, providing superior ventilation and a fit that's naturally contoured to your back. The upshot is effortless comfort and ventilation, so you can cover ground on multi-day trips without stressing about your pack. Add adjustments running vertically and horizontally across the torso, and you'll feel like this backpack was built for you when you're on the trail.

Feels Like a Big Bear Hug

I knew I was going to have a great relationship with this pack the second I tried it on. It was the first one I was drawn to and fell in love in an instant. I tried on all others in the store but went back to this one. It truly is the most comfortable pack I have had on my back. I suffer from shoulder pain and low and mid back pain, when on long trails, and this pack has been wonderful. It's fully adjustable and comes in many sizes to fit everyone. I'll be giving it a good test next month with a week long backpacking trip so stay tuned for an update. It did me well on my last day trip of 21km. One of my favourite parts is the amount of airflow you get with the design of the back more sweaty backs! 😁 But the absolute best part.... You can't go wrong with Ospey's warrantee . I'll stand by a company that stands by their gear that well.

Great beginner pack!

Took this pack (lavender and grey) on my second overnight trip to Lake Ingalls in Mt Rainier NP. SO comfortable and supportive. The frame and “antigravity” mesh really keeps your back cool and comfy. It comes with a rain cover that I’ve never had to use. Tons of pockets and clips. Pack strategically so you won’t have to dig all the way down for what you need. I’m 5’5” with a pretty short torso and an arched back, and I was able to get all the adjustments just where I needed them. On trail it’s very easy to readjust if needed.
