Nike SFB Gen 2 Tactical Boot
Nike SFC Tactical Boot
So there wasn’t an option for the SFC, sorry for misleading. I love these boots, when putting them on, it’s as if I’m wearing sneakers with extra ankle support. They’re durable and lightweight. They’ve been on walks through the city to mountains with 3000ft gains in elevation. I’d wear them in cold and warmer climates.
Patagonia Lightweight Travel Mini Hip Pack 1L
I find this Fanny pack useful on longer walks with my dog, especially when not wanting to carry around a back pack. It’s also been through music festivals and has held out strong and safely, you never know these days 🤷🏻♀️ There’s room to carry your necessities such as my phone, keys, and card wallet. And of course, you can’t forget Achilles’ snacky snacks too!
Hydro Flask 40 oz Wide Mouth Insulated Water Bottle
Bought the 40 oz to help as a reminder to drink water throughout the day. I usually take it to work and aim to drink about 3 refills worth. I can fill it up with ice water and still expect it to be cold the next morning. My flask is 2.5 years old and still holding strong!
Arc'teryx Atom LT Hoody - Women's
Wrapped in a cloud
So yes, this jacket in particular can be a little on the pricier end. BUT I am one for investments and if I feel that the longevity and usability is worth it, then I feel that I’ve gotten my money’s worth! And yes! I’ve gotten my money’s worth. I wear this jacket from casual outings in town to hiking the Great Smokies. It is incredibly light weight and breathable, but keeps me incredibly warm during higher elevation and cold/wet climates. This jacket is almost like a second skin. It feels AND looks great on!
Chaco ZX/1 Classic Sandal - Women's
Land and Water
Absolutely love my Chacos. No need to break them in! They’re wonderful to just dive on in whatever adventure you have planned. They’ve been with me through the rivers of Texas to the streets of Tokyo. I got the toe strap because ya girl likes the way it looks. Yes it can be annoying so a great way to avoid this, is just to tighten the other straps around and leave your toe hanging free!
Cotopaxi Tarak 20L Backpack
Day Pack for a Day Hike
Durable material! At least through rain and heat, so far. Surprisingly fits quite a bit. Here’s an example: On my typical hikes, I tend to bring a 40oz hydro flask, rain jacket, snacky snacks, sunglasses, wallet/keys, phone, AirPods, extra shorts or leggings, and a mini first aid kit! Now, if I’m bringing my trustee K9, I’ll throw some dog food and snacky snacks for Achilles, as well as extra water. There are tons of straps that proved useful to strap down my hiking poles or to latch on travel doggy bowls! It has an easy to get to front zipper pocket that I keep small items in. There’s also an inner pouch as well! I’m one for “there’s never too many pockets.” :)
