Art 4 All Tarpon Trucker Hat by Abby Paffrath
You can support a local mountain artist woman and look great! I wear this hat all the time and I always make friends because folks ask where I got it. Then we get to talk about how awesome Jackson hole Wyoming is and where to get slushees in the ski area parking lot. I think the greyhound slushee is the bomb.
Patagonia Black Hole® Backpack 25L
This is the last backpack you will have to buy for your kids.
My daughter likes to throw her backpack. Or drop it in a puddle or leave it in the rain. She likes to fill it full of rotten fruit and smashed pretzels and yet this back pack can take it. It’s pink. I plan on sending her to college with this back pack in her back. She will give it to her kids who will marvel at Yvon Chounards genius. Plus it looks cool.
Lib Tech Skunk Ape HP C2 Snowboard
It’s a monster!
My cousin sent me this board from Alaska. He said it was too much but as I am a giant among men maybe I could give it a try. This is a cadillac. But not like an old smushy Cadillac where you get sick on the ride to the coast but your grandparents brand new ride that smooths our every bump and executes every turn with your comfort in mind. The serrated blade like edge makes for easy carving and the wide nose lifts you above the powder. Super rad graphics as well.
Lowa Renegade GTX Mid Hiking Boots - Men's
6’1 wide footed monster found great boots.
My feet are like ridiculous paddles. I think I was supposed to evolve into some kind of amphibian but evolution stopped at my feet and frontal lobe. For years I wore the Vasque Sundowner but the quality seemed to wane. I’ve worn these renegades for a year and a bit. I think I’ve put a couple of hundred miles on them. They are really comfortable and you fell really stable. I wore them a bunch in day hikes to make sure they were a good fit and then backpacked in Idaho for a week. No blisters just fun and frolic. Highly recommend.
Patagonia Black Hole Duffel 90L
It’s truly a black hole
I traveled with my family for three months in Australia. Each person got one of these bombproof bags. They are nearly waterproof and indestructible. We dragged them through Western Australia and they looked brand new. Since that time the boys have taken theirs to college and we continue to stuff them full of what ever adventure we are on. There is always more room. You think it’s full and yet it will accept more. Cannot praise these enough. The side pocket in the updated version is bigger and improved as are the back pack straps. Taking mine to Santa Fe Friday. Feel free to buy me a beer and I’ll tell you more about these great bags.
