I’m a travel OT and outdoor lover, catch me running off to the mountains every weekend to adventure and explore with my pups!
Osprey Aura AG 65 L Backpack
Anti-gravity is a must.
Your back will thank you. Seriously, I will never go back after using anti gravity system, it makes a HUGE difference. This pack is also great because it has easy access to bottom of the pack, as well as multiple outer pockets and large hip pockets for easy access items. Good for multi-day or just overnight trips.
Kula Cloth Kula Cloth
A game changer
Seriously ladies, get one. Or a few. SO handy especially on longer hikes. No one likes to drip dry or carry around TP. It’s sanitary (antimicrobial and opposite side waterproof so your hand won’t get wet), and snaps closed to be discreet. Plus they’re super cute and attach easily to the outside of your pack. I always carry mine with me now!
Sawyer MINI Water Filter
Easy and efficient!
An essential for backpacking or a longer day hike if you don’t want the extra water weight. Super light and easy to carry in your pack. Easy to use, although the bag that comes with it can be a bit of a pain to fill in some smaller water sources. I tend to use bring a smart water bottle to fill and screw the filter onto that. Also extremely easy to use in line. Remember to backflush every now and then, will keep the flow quick.
