Salomon X Ultra 3 Mid GTX Hiking Boots

Salomon X Ultra 3 Mid GTX Hiking Boots
Best Hiking Boot On The Market

I purchased the X Ultra 3 Mid GTX Hiking Boots from Salomon last fall. After taking hiking more seriously, my fiancé and I decided to invest in our feet. We did our research and this boot had all the right reviews. And now over a half year later, I’m writing my five-star review. I’ve hiked all kinds of different terrains forest, red rocks, wetlands and 14,000 mountains in these boots. Also taking them on day hikes over 15 miles and backpacking trips of more than 30 miles. And I can tell you without a doubt these are the best hiking boots around. Completely waterproof, I’ve never had a single leak even after hiking the entire winter in Colorado. Very comfortable and easy on your feet, having never given me any blisters. These boots also still have excellent tread and are wearing very slow. These are still the best purchase I’ve made. I couldn’t imagine hitting the trail without them.

Black Diamond Alpine Flz Trekking Poles

Black Diamond Alpine Flz Trekking Poles
Great Packability, Sturdy, Light-weight

I bought the Alpine FLZ Trekking Poles after a backpacking trip and realizing I had to get some poles to help carry the weight. They’ve helped with the weight and also helped pick up my pace. The thing about these poles that that set them apart is the Z fold. Perfect for the day pack if you need to stow them away during a day hike. They also came with snow baskets and plastic tips which is certainly a plus.
